Most of the people I work with are used to managing.

They're capable, responsible, and used to holding things together – often for others as much as themselves.

But underneath, it doesn't feel that way anymore. There's pressure, overthinking, or a sense that things are becoming harder to carry.

You might still be getting through, or things may have started to slip. Either way, it's taking its toll. And part of you knows something needs to change.

There is a way through — and it starts by creating a little space to think clearly, before moving forward in a more structured way.

Evidence-based therapy,
built around you.

CBT is a structured, practical approach that helps you understand what's keeping things feeling difficult – and gives you the tools to begin to change it. I work in a way that keeps this structure, while adapting to how you think and what you need.

This isn't a one-size-fits-all approach – it's tailored to the person in front of me.

Sessions are one-to-one and held online, offering a consistent space to step back and make sense of what's happening, and begin to move forward in a way that feels more manageable.

I work with a range of difficulties

there is often a common thread running through them.

Feeling overwhelmed or under pressure.
Low mood or loss of motivation.
Overthinking and difficulty switching off.
Burnout and emotional exhaustion.
Loss of confidence or sense of self.
Navigating change or life transitions.
Adjusting to loss or significant change.
Menopause and hormonal changes.
Anxiety and constant worry.

Lighter. Clearer.
Steadier. Stronger.

Over time, the aim is simple:
to help you feel more capable and in control.

"I feel more capable again."

"I can handle this."

"I know what
to do next."
